The Syracuse University workers’ compensation program provides payments for medical treatment and wages lost as a result of a work-related illness or injury.
File a Claim
If you experience a work-related illness or work injury:
- Notify your supervisor
- To file a claim for benefits, complete the Workers’ Compensation Accident Report
- Employee completes their section and signs
- Supervisor completes their section and signs
- Send the injury report to Risk Management by email or fax (315.443.1154)
