Tracking a Package

To track a shipment please go to Tracking ID and enter your tracking number.

Setting Up an Account

To set up a new FedEx account or convert an existing account:

  1. Complete the green and orange sections of the new account form
  2. Send the form to FedEx Government Account Services at
  3. When you receive confirmation the account has been set up by FedEx, contact Purchasing with the information and the account will be linked to the University account and you will be linked to the department account.
