Syracuse University’s sesquicentennial is an opportunity to reflect on the University’s bold history and legendary alumni, and on events that shaped the institution. The Syracuse University Bookstore is taking advantage of the opportunity to highlight some of the key moments, athletic achievements—and mascots!—that have played a part in the University’s rich past.
A series of College Vault products are on sale now in the Bookstore, featuring the 1959 National Football Championship, a 1990s version of the block-S Syracuse logo and Vita the Goat—the bygone live mascot who roamed the sidelines of Archbold Stadium during the 1920s.
